Hair problem. White patch at back of head.

Three months ago, I suddenly developed a patch of white hair on the back of my head. It's two inches across and almost circular. There's no obvious reason for this, but it looks very weird and draws attention to the back ofmy head all the time.

Anybody know the cause and/or what can be done to reverse it?
