I'm not an expert by any means, but my guess is that you will preserve most of the nutritional value of the juices. Obviously nothing beats drinking fresh juice, but if you have to store it then freezing it would seem to be the best way of preserving its nutrients.

My advice would be to do a test - compare the taste of frozen juice with fresh juice. Your taste buds will tell you how much/little nutrient damage has occured.
