does gatritis cause low stomach acid?

hi my doc informed me that although they found a hernia they also found gastrtitis and low stomach acid he said hernia has caused it which i know is alot of rubbish hernias do not cause gastrtis parastites and bacterial overgrowths do which i have what would your opinion be on it i had h plyori checked in my stools and it came back negative but do u think i may still have it as i know h pylori is often see with the parastite i have and causes gastrtitis im due to start my supplement treatment soon for my parastite and bacterial overgrowth but just concerned about the gastritis and low stomach acid which according to doc i have Tweet
