Neck twisted to the right, can this be causing my problems?

Hi, I've suffered from chronic problems for many years now. First a chronic pain on my left side, being that the reason I can't sleep on my left side, Recently a lot of chronic digestive problems.

I went to a chiropractor for the first time 1 month ago. I had some X rays which show that my neck is twisted to the right (//www.curezone.org/ig/i.asp?i=35693)

The chiropractor said this is likely the cause of my problems, but I'm skeptical, although I would like to believe her.

Funny thing is the only time I had a serious accident was back when I was 11 years old when I fell from my bicycle on my left side of the head, leaving me unconsious.

Can anyone tell me what you think? Is this something reasonable? How long should I have chiropractic adjustments to find out if it helps?
