I am pretty healthy but getting older I don't exercise or watch what I eat and I am starting to feel the effects of it. I thought that it was time to start taking better care of my self and wanted to add some supplements to my diet. I heard the cq10 is great for the heart and gums. Since I have heart and gum disease in my family I thought that maybe it would be a great idea to start taking them. I also suffer from mild Depression and had heard that acai can help in that area as well as it being a great hunger surpressant. Can you give me any info on them such as the benefits and side effects, how much to take, what are the best brands, and can I take them together? Also, any input on what vitamins a 40+ year woman and for my husband also 40+ should take would be greatly appreciated.
