Advice with Oxy-Powder colon & liver cleanse

Hello and Good Day,

This is my first post, I have always been a lurker, reading and such.

I am gld this site offers lots of reviews and information.

I would like to do my first fast in a month or so. I figured I would start first by doing some cleanses. I would like advice on what to do when etc...

I would like to try the Oxypowder Colon Cleanse and the Liver & Gall Blader.

Would I do the colon first, then the liver and then maybe go into a juice fast?
