i basically used to be lonely all the time and just let it keep my down, i would just say "i know if i wasnt as lonely that would motivate me to do this or do that". which was obviously just excuses to keep myself down, i have started back to school for over a year now , and been working out 5 days a week for about 8 months and quit smoking cold turkey almost 6 months ago, and got myself completely out of debt except for my student loans. I am now soley working on getting my life in order. i figure if i dont do that how am i ever going to get myself out of this lonely rut..

now i am not going to lie i was feeling a little lonely and depressed today .. thats what brought me to this site.. but the little bit i feel here and there compared to all day every day for about 7-8 years straight is a whole hell of alot better.trust me ppl you can get yourself out of anything you just have to commit yourself to do it..

It takes alot of time.. like i said this process i have went through has taken years for me to where i have gotten to today .. take it one day at a time and take those little victories as they come. you will eventually be rewarded
