Thanks for your post. I am actually taking that probiotic right now. The girl at the health food store said it was her absolute favorite, but that I should change them up every other month or so. This is why I am looking for an alternate and everyone keeps saying Threelac/Fivelac. I have tried about everything else. Enterococcus Faecalis is the ingredient in Threelac/Fivelac that is under debate. It can supposedly cause you to become immune to other antibiotics and other God awful things. Who knows!!!
