Re: Very Severe MCS
I too have MCS and have been trying my best to seek help.
I tried the UNDA drops but had a bad reaction with just one drop in an ounce of water then just one drop from that and still couldn't handle it.
Right now I'm dealing with a
kidney stone and a 12 day menstrual cycle that is wearing me down. I have hypothyroidism and am hypoglycemic. I am also limited in what I can eat. My adrenals are very low and my liver is congested as well. Sounds like we have a lot in common. I'm at year 6. At first I said to everyone that I was going to get through this in a month. My ND said that it often takes up to 4 to 7 years. I almost had a heart attack. I like to do things quickly. I was always on the go. I guess that would explain why my adrenals are fried. Right now I soak my feet first thing in the morning in water with 7 to 10 drops of
Lugol's Iodine (for my thyroid). I was on progesterone cream but then I quit because I was so irregular. Now I'm regular but am bleeding way to long. I am also taking Dr. Martin Pall's antioxidant supplements for the MCS. I can only take one dose but I think that it is helping (roughly 9 months). I watch what I eat as best as I can. I drink filtered water, am on the Dr.
Hulda Clark kidney cleanse which by the way has stopped the incredible pain. I'm on day 13 of the kidney cleanse. I was drinking freshly squeezed lemon with lime with 1 to 2 Tablespoons
Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil and some water on an empty stomach in the mornings, to help with my liver. I've had all my teeth removed because of the damage that the fillings (amalgams) did to me. Every part of my body has been effected. From migraines, joint pains, FM, CFS, heavy metal issues, hormonal imbalance, digestive problems, bowel issues ...on and on I'm sure you can relate to this. I am coping much better but it has been such a SLOW process. Any feedback would be helpful. Just reading your message gave me comfort that I'm not going crazy or that this is all in my head like some quacks have suggested.
