Yeah, I got all the metal out of my mouth back in the 80's. Felt different getting out of the dentists chair. I lost all my teeth anyway doe to the calcium deficiency from the chemicals and parasites. But I highly advise everyone to do that. Have the metal replaced with plastic composites.
Couple of reasons. 1. Of course the mercury/silver fillings leach heavy metal poisons into the body.
2. All that metal in the mouth interfers with the normal meridian pathways, the normal magnetic field that surrounds the body. Not good.
Inversion tables are good for any disc problems but as a general rule minimize the use of them. But for disc problems they're great. We call it Intersegmantal traction. Apply it very specificaly with the Cox table or the Thompson table. Prolonged inversion can create disc problems so know what you're doing when using it.
