I have heard this before, but this definitely goes against our research. When surveyed, our customers who did the 7-20-7-20-7 fared much better than the ones who did 1 hour continuous. The ones who used dual frequencies at 7-7-20-7-7-20-7-7 did even better and the ones who did 4 zappings in a session did even better.
