The lump is where the swelling was prior to resuming the oil pulling. It was swollen very large & in extreme pain, thats when * was told I needed a root canal. But after I resumed the oil pulling the swelling went down to a very small painless lump were the swelling used to be. The skin was stretched out during the swelling and once it went down it left that small lump, its very small and just feels like deflated loose skin.
