Medications used to treat sinus bradycardia

I am 18 and have just recently diagnosed with sinus bradycardia. Right now all my cardiologist will tell me is that this condition can be treated with medication or a pacemaker. I am trying to find out what medications are used to treat this condition. I am trying to research the side effects so that I know if I would be better off just getting the pacemaker.
