I would say you can play dvd's or tapes without those worries as long as you don't have anything hooked up to it like an antenna, cable or satellite. Make sure the antenna inside the TV us unhooked too then it can't receive anything.

As far as radio, I don't know for sure. Sounds like anything that picks up any kind of wave could possibly be used. I think that article said the SSSS waves could be mixed into other waves.

Another disadvantage for everything being switched over to digital is that it could all be shut off easily. Plus I wonder if they can listen to what's going on in each house with a TV, like they can do with Cell Phone s, unless you take the battery out. ;-)

One thing for sure is I believe this whole digital thing is going to give them more power over the people somehow, so they can promote their agenda. Time will tell what all it will do. Tweet
