Excessive gas

Excessive gas can be caused by huge die -off.... but more often it is actually due to poor digestion/cheating on the diet.
Gas are caused by fermentation. If your food is properly digested it will not ferment in your bowels. Try looking at the stool and see if there are undigested food present. Then digestive enzymes would be an option for you. if not, check your diet carefully you might still eat food that is not allowed on the candida diet... or food that is allowed but to which you are personnally intolerant some of it is real personal.
