--Constipation & High Blood Pressure Connection--

Hi Ya'll,

I do not think I have made any posts about this connection?

I will try to explain what takes place with Constipation that Causes High Blood Pressure to come on?

When a person does not have a Good Bowel movement each day and maybe several each day, but go for several days without having a Bowel movement, this is Constipation !

When a person has foods sit in the gut from Poor Digestion and do not have Good bowel movements, this food starts to ---ferment--- and fermentation Causes the media to become too Acidic !

When the pH drops enough from the fermentation this then Causes a bowel movement to take place and may give relief!

The problem with fermentation of the foods in the gut, may be that this adds Toxins that the Kidneys must get rid of, thus overloading the Kidneys and this may Cause the Blood Pressure to get too High !

This is WHY most folks have Constipation and get High Blood Pressure !

This is one of the Reason I have suggested taking a small pinch of Epsom Salt in water with each meal to prevent this from taking place !

Another way one can prevent this from happening to us is to eat a carrot salad each day made with grated carrots and pineapple and fresh raisins !
