watercress and cysts
I have had cysts occuring in a few different places in my body. The first experience I had with them was at the base of my spine. I had the first one lanced at a hospital (OW) which convinced me to lance the one that came back myself (still painful but much less so because I took my time). I've never had a cyst reoccur there.
Now they occur from time to time on my wrists. Its been awhile since I had them but about a year or so ago one showed up on my left wrist (and now another). While they are not painful, I am not very fond of having them. I thought that using the garden tiller last summer wld rid me of the first one I got -- but it didnt (I have had them go away from extreme activity of the wrist). So its back to treatment.
I am working on getting very consistent w/my treatment. I usually do it at night and not too consistently. I use castor oil as I am a great believer in the powers of castor oil and use it for a lot of things. I thought it wld be helpful for cysts as well and I have been applying it but only sporadically -- havent been able to make it a habit yet -- but I have some time off now and I am going to focus my attention of getting rid of the two that are on my left wrist. I am greatly encouraged by the experiences shared here.
Years ago w/the ones I got on my right wrist -- I tried vitamin E/castor oil (topically) as well as adding watercress to my salad. They went away and I was cyst free for several years until about a year ago ....
Here is a link to watercress. It is pretty thorough--even mentioning the nutrients one gets w/watercress (all things I tend to be deficient in ...). It may be worth a try for others on this forum.
