Recently I have been doing some reading on nutrition and diet and have read some intresting things. Now I don't believe everything I read online so I want to find out if there is any truth to what I have read. Most sites say that you shouldn't drink water or any liquid with your meals because it dilutes the digestive juices in the stomach. As a result the food goes undigested. Is this true?? Also I have read that you shouldn't combine certain foods because the human digestive system can not digest certain foods when they are combined with other foods. Is this true?? I am just trying to figure out how to eat right and get the most nutrition out of the food I eat.
