Re: Loose Teeth

Yes..... a loose front tooth has most definitely improved. Almost 100% but not quite ;)! Its getting there! Had real problems with gums and perodontitis (?) and then this front tooth was real shaky. I was so scared of loosing it. Had a VERY thorough plaque-gum cleaning last year.... 4 hours of pure agony and plenty of needles. During this cleaning time, I did not have the posibility of oil-pulling - but had been doing that regularly for a good 2 years prior to this. Did a lot of gargling with essential oil of oregano (burns like hell - so careful with the drops), as well as taking lots of Vitamin C. Have also stopped using toothpaste for a good year and a half now. Using instead a combination of himalayan salt + baking soda (Sodium bicarbonat) and that I mix 1:1 and dentie. Dentie is a fine black powder that comes from Japan.... Don´t really think the Dentie is as imp. as the salt and Sodium bicarbonat and once I´ve used it all up will probably not buy anymore.
So - DO NOT allow any dentist to scare you into pulling out that loose tooth. Eating right is very important as well! If I could give up my Sugar addiction, I´d probably have better teeth and gums... but it´s improving!!
