Please help anyone! How long do I use psyllium to flush. Im not using bentonite, but I am using the psyllium. I would like to try this for a while. I'm getting mucoid plaques out mixed in the stool. I'm not fasting or anything. How long should I do this? Six weeks or so. Please help anyone. Thanks, Concerned
