How many times have we heard this?

We are the lucky people...people! No doubt about it.

I have a cavity on the front of one of my teeth. It's been there for awhile, and when I am in ill health it gets brown. When I am healthy and OPing regularly it's white.

Recently I had viral pneumonia. I was on everything, steroids, Antibiotics .....oh the list is too long. It was bad, but I was really really sick. And I ain't no spring chicken. People die at my age!!

I've been OPing with coconut to get rid of it. It has not gone away after about 3 weeks. It's so disconcerting, but I really did a number to my body. But I have faith that it will go back to white.

Weird how your teeth really react to your full body health. It's all integrated. Healthy teeth and gums, healthy body. It's the key. More than we know.

Love, Molly
