Could you please recommend a good dentist office (such as the one Nausicaa mentioned) in New York? Your mention regarding composite fillings made me realize I need a dentist to check the ones I have and make sure they are ok.

Another question -- I have recently read Ramiel Nagel's book "Cure tooth decay", which I am sure you know about. Do you agree with what the author's recommendations, or have you had any patients that have tried them successfully?
