Clear mucous

Do any of you know what clear mucous in the stools means. I have had this for a few years. It is like egg white and separates from the stool when in the toilet - like plastic wrap. ??

Is that normal. Also read about a healthy bowel movement, and mine is not the healthy dark green/brown, but always red earth to even bright orange... and floats!
