Lime water does have to be stirred b4 each use. Particles co not become suspended on their own until this alkali is combined with an acid,in this case the ACV or Lemon juice!

If you leave out the kelp you will not get a balanced buffet of ALL the alkaline minerals in good proportions and easily absorb able form! Better with kelp, and better starting slow with kelp, 1/2 to 1 tsp, see how you are doing and build up. At abt 2 years, I now use a heaping T a day, and eat whole kelps in my food as well, but could not have tolerated this at first.

The BSM provides both more minerals and "live carbon" [do a search at this forum for Moreless' posts abt this] the carbs are also important to fuel absorption.

If you have concerns re yeast/candida and BSM, do a search on this forum with those terms. Many have conquered this problem after suffering with it for years by using this drink, myself included.

Using ES, limewater and an acid is a formulation similar to many being marketed and sold on TV and elsewhere at an absolutely unconscionable markup. These are things I tried in past, and THEY DO NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!! Our bodies need all major and trace minerals, not just Magnesium and Calcium, in order to heal.

That being said, for very short term while gathering ingredients, one can use what one has. Just be sure to do a similar acid/alkaline balance to the ML drink. I did this when getting stared for about a week or less and it was OK, but prob not as good as if I had everything there at once to start with!
