Can a nine year old do a cleanse?

My nine year old daughter started having bad migranes about every month or two when she was six. They come on fast at about 8pm and wipe her off her feet. It lasts 1-2 hours and she is just screaming which I don't think helps the situation but thats how she feels. Finally it ends with her throwing up once or twice. The pain is then completely gone and she goes right to sleep. My husband insists that she have tylenol, as he takes for his, but it makes no improvement in her. Anyway this kid has taken enough tylenol in the past and now I just rub her head and stay with her. Has anyone had a kid do a cleanse, and if so what would be the proper measurement. Oh yeah, and she has had the catscans and checkups done and thank God everything looked good. But she still gets them.
