dead tooth

My five year old fell and hit her front baby tooth about a year ago. The tooth now is grayish and an abcess on the gum. She is constantly geeting sick and having headaches. After reading many posts I realized it has to come out but I'm not sure if to take her to a regular or a biologist dentist. Tweet
