how to do colon and bowel cleanse?

hi,
my husband gave up smoking in september and he suffers from real bad gas and bloating.the smell is so bad that i cant sleep in the same room as him.
so im interested to find out what colon cleansing he could do without buying expensive products.


any ideas anyone?
