Please help.

Hi,

My girlfriend vomits after dinner because she thinks she's to fat, but she is really skinny.
After dinner she complains about stomach ache, and then she goes to the bathroom and she vomits.
I would like to know how to deal with it and how i can help her.µ
I hope someone can help me.
