Arthritis and New German Medicine
Case History: A woman, right handed,(72) with
Arthritis diagnosed by an M.D.in her left knee. Duration: 3 years. At the beginning of the session I told the woman that
Arthritis is a "healing phase" illness and that the swelling will get worse in the healing process.
She agreed to continue. Her son was in trouble with the law off and on, with drug charges. This really was hard on her, daily she went to a chapel and keeled in prayer and did the Rosary. She did this for 2 years. During this time she self depreciated her relationship with God, "she wasn't good enough for God to listen to her".
Her son got off of dope and got a job and is now doing well, she had a manifestation that her prayers were heard. Soon after she developed arthritis. She noted the swelling and discomfort and self depreciated the condition of her knee which set a reoccurring cycle of conflict active and conflict resolution. Good days are conflict active and bad days are conflict resolution. This reoccurring cycle becomes a chronic illness.
We worked on resolving and breaking the cycle. When she said, "she wasn't good enough for God to listen to her"-this was the unspoken conflict. A few hours later she went into a serious healing phase, her knee swelled up to double its size and she couldn't walk for a week. She was not happy with me. The swelling receded and the
Arthritis never returned. She is nicer to me now.
