Re: throw all your gelatin caps in the trash

Hi, yes I have tons of veggie caps but no lecithin. YOu can only get lecithin here from Jamison and it comes in gelatin. I have gone to every pharmacy known to man and they don't have it. Lecithin is new here so hopefully in the future. I have an herbalist who brings me veg caps.

You see what I was doing was squeezing the soy out but I was afraid with the recent post on pigs. Can you believe that pork in marshmallows. Yuk, I just can't believe that and pork in Doritos and cheetos. What will the little kids do.

Also pork in many soaps, I new about Ivory for years but tons of others. That is a must read.
