Correct Way to take Sun Chlorella, currently experiencing nauseousness.

Hello, I would like someones experienced advice in regards to supplementing with Sun Chlorella. Currently taking without food and am experiencing nauseousness. Called company and they told me to take them after food with alot of water. Are there any tips I may need to know about to maximizie benefit and lower issues?
