Re: Day 10 of water fast

Day 11 of my fast and I feel better today with no acid indigestion at all. Last night I had a dream I was eating Lay's sour cream and onion potato chips with ranch dip and I woke up and could actually taste all the flavors. Mabey it was a dream that I woke up - im not sure but it was so real!
I had a bowel movement again this morning, same type as yesterday, then I went outside and cleaned out the rain gutters, hung up the Christmas lights and did general clean up. Just going to relax the rest of the day, drink water, and read.
