My experience with hemorrhoids makes me believe that what you have is not a hemorrhoid. I also have internal ones. When I have a bowel movement, it does come outside. I gently wipe with toilet paper, then with Baby Wipes, and push it back in using the baby wipe. They have bled in the past when I am not gentle or if I take something that thins the blood (aspirin, stinging nettle, etc.). If you have an external hemorrhoid, it would be at or on the opening of the anus; not away from it. Tweet
