First time puller seeing results already
My front right tooth has been feeling a bit loose lately and I got concerned, so I started looking through Curezone (I've been a lurker for a little while now) for anything I could find. I found a post by Molly Bloom yesterday evening that suggested oil pulling might be a good idea to tighten up gums, so I read up on the specifics and decided to give it a try.
I didn't have any unrefined sunflower or sesame oil on hand, so I decided to use some of my Bariani olive oil. I swished for a full 20 minutes, then rinsed several times, brushed my teeth, and finished off with my Panasonic oral irrigator. I'm very familiar with alternative medicine and its concepts, so I avoid fluoride like the plague. I use MiEssence toothpaste and all of my water is purified by my Kenmore 34480 water distiller. To balance the slightly acidic pH of the Kenmore's distilled water, I add a dash of baking soda to each pitcher produced and double-check with pH paper.
Immediately after I finished, my jaw dropped...not only because my facial muscles were exhausted, but because I couldn't believe how clean and shiny my teeth were! In all my years, my teeth had never looked better. I was satisfied with that and figured that would be the end of the effects I would see, so I called up a friend I hadn't heard from in a while and talked for a couple hours. Mid-way through our conversation, I had a massive burst of energy for no apparent reason and then I came to a crashing low about half an hour later. It was like the effects ingesting a huge amount of sugar, but I hadn't done anything except OP.
If I had any lingering doubt about OP yesterday, it went clean out the window today. I live with several noisy relatives and their commotion woke me up this morning. Normally, I'd feel like hell the whole day and wouldn't get anything done...but instead, I was absolutely bursting with energy! Here's where it gets interesting - despite a strict regiment of diet and exercise, my energy level up until this point has been absolutely abysmal. There's something about pulling that, evidently, corrected that quite quickly.
I pulled this morning with some more Bariani olive oil and coughed up a LOT of mucus. I think that really cleaned me up inside because during my cardio today, I managed to breathe through my nose throughout the whole thing! Usually, I'm really congested and I have to breathe through my mouth. I started to get some chills after I finished with the gym, but I'm convinced that this is simply a sign that the pulling is working and I plan on keeping it up. I'll probably switch over to coconut oil because Bariani olive oil isn't cheap, but that will be my only change.
I'm really impressed with how well pulling has worked so far. If you haven't tried it yet, you should!
