Excuse me, but I am hoping someone will see my post. I too am having major pain for the 6th day and wish
to do the Coke cleanse tonite. Do I have to do an Epsom Salt cleanse first or can I just try the Coke cleanse without the other one? Directions on this site said to take the magnesium citrate tomorrow morning, then
raw apple juice day and nite for days. But did not say Epsom Salts .
