Re:Ozone and sinus

I've stuck various things up my nose including ozone, to rid myself of the infection(infestation) there. Straight ozone the die-off was so bad, it felt like I filled my nose with concret. An effective treatment, I discovered, is swab the inside of each nostrail with ozonanted olive oil then do the nette pot with saltwater. This killed a load of critters the first time I did it. Recently while recovering from the flu, I was running the ozone generator while cleaning the kitchen. By the time I was finished with the kitchen, my runny nose had cleared up. Ozone Rocks!
