lump in throat.

Can anyone tell me when their feeling of having a lump in their throat went away? I can barely eat sometimes. If I have more than just a little food at a time I get totally distended and have horrible heartburn. Now I am having horrible rib pain and LUQ pain. I'm wondering if it could be from losing weight. Since I had the mirena out 39 days ago I have lost 17#. I went form 137# to 120#. I remember my mom telling me that she lost a bunch of weight one time and she had abdominal pain. If I knew there was an end in sight, I think I could cope better.
