--What foods to eat in Colder weather--
Hi Ya'll,
Many folks may wonder what should one eat in places like MN, where there is nothing to grow in extreme cold weather conditions?
Answer: In the Winter time when one Lives in the Northern states of the USA, or any other country for that matter, one needs to choose to eat crops, which grow in Cooler weather as a general rule !
Even if they are not grown in your area, but shipped in, the crops like Cole
crops and such: Cabbage, Broccoli, Rutabagas, Carrots, Kale, Spinach, Apples,
Pears, Winter squash, Sweet potatoes(even tho grown in warmer weather this crop
if of Top Quality has more natural Sodium) !
Also Dried beans and peas and corn bread !
But, any of these, if Poor Quality, then they may contain too much Potassium
Nitrate(NPN) and Cause problems?
This is "WHY" one may want to Buy a refractometer to learn to help one find the
best Quality of foods to buy?
And "STOP" eating the tropical foods, like Bannanas and Oranges and watermelons
etc during the Cold weather !
Cause and Effect !
"WE" are What "WE" Eat !
Smile Tis your choice.
