I am curious on your opinion and experiences what success did you have in regular drinking wheatgrass juice but in normal daily rhytm in food ( no special fast )
For example:
1. wheatgrass juice and diet with meat
2. wheatgrass juice and vegetarian diet
3. wheat grass juice and vegan diet
4. wheatgras juice and raw vegan food
I am asking my self if only some fasting method supported with wheatgrass juice drinking and doing enema with green bowls from wheatgrass is effective enough.
