Hello, thank you for the welcome and the information. I have spent the afternoon reading the materials you directed towards me. I will attempt to pursue a much cleaner fast from this day on. Although, I had purposely veered away from the Water Fast forum, since I knew I was not necessarily keeping true to all the rules of a water fast.
