How to go about a HOMEMADE ENEMA? I'M ONLY 18!!

hi all,

this is my very first topic in this forum i believe! yeah me!! so here's my question. i really want to do an enema, the thing is, when i bring this forward to my parents they say, "oh you're too young to be doing this kinda stuff... you're not sick". my parents are not ignorant about alternative medicine, since it was them who brought it into the house first, so they know all about hydrotherapy, bp shakes etc.

so i've decided that i would take this into my own hands, and do my own enema. what are the steps and/or procedures as to how to a an enema on one's ownself, with homemade materials (as in NOTHING IS BOUGHT)?

any and all help is greatly appreciated.
