Hi Latinmess! You are in Florida. I am jealous already. I was going to move to Sarasota this September, but my plans have changed. I don't give up this thought yet. I am here in NYC now, and moving to NJ in January for a while.
Anyway, I am on my day three, planning to go for 10-21 days. My first long fast was 21 day in Apr-May this year. I post my progress daily. I also like to stay connected and use everybody's support.
