'NO' to both...it is loaded with senna and cascara sagrada...both herbal laxatives that 1) do not eliminate mucoid plaque, and 2) can result in weak bowel tone, disruption in peristalsis and dependence. Read through the posts on this forum about using psyllium and liquid Bentonite as a colon cleanser. And there is NO way to do a thorough Colon Cleanse in a day or two...it only clears the newer fecal waste...not the old stuff. Tweet
