What's this stuff? (I've gotta get a hobby!)

Okay, ya'll. I started my Colon Cleanse about 3 weeks ago and I think everything is going okay. right now I am using some capsules that contain p & b and some other herbs. I have ordered some liquid b and some powdered p husks and will start using them in shakes when I get them. I realized that there was some interresting stuff hidden in the poop, so I got some gloves and decided to see just what was coming out of me. (Definitely need a hobby) AT THIS POINT, I START GIVING OUT LOTS OF INFORMATION, SO WATCH OUT!! I am getting out some short 1-2 inch ribbons with about every other one. I am also getting out a little mucus every once in a while. I am finding some little clumps of stuff that looks like the "regular" feces but is a little bit harder and is clumped together. Could this be some plaque?? Also, I am finding a little bit if black stuff that looks like mold. It is hard to explain, but it has a completely different texture from anything else. It is fuzzy and resembles mold that you find growing on stuff when you clean out the frig. Could that be candida??
Thanks so much! I have tried to find out info on the internet and I can't find anything about this stuff. Apparently, if it isn't unusual enough to be picture worthy, it isn't addressed.
