Re: Yay! I Grew High Brix Spinach

What an encouraging awesome experience to wake up this morn, stumble out to the computer, and find this thread!!!!!!

PJ, FYI, I have tested farmer's market spinach with my refractometer, and it has never been above 6-7, slightly fuzzy/blurry!!!! Most was 4-5, sharp line. Have not heard of such spinach as you produced.

Will set aside enough time this year to add a bit to my gardening areas, because I know that EXCELLENT food is needed to heal, and my health has still a way to go. Besides, why settle for Mc D when one can have better than a five star meal???
