I strongly advise against starting a course of treatment based solely on symptoms when a reasonabably priced laboratory test is available. A hair mineral test is reasonably priced, non-invasive, and if one has access to a mailbox and a pair of sissors, readily obtainable. A hair mineral test will not only reveal your copper level, but will provide information on a number of minerals and toxic metals. Interestingly, two or more successive hair mineral tests often are many times more useful than a single test. The changes in the various mineral levels give more information that the static levels of a single test.
