white blood cells and hiv

somebody mentioned aids, infact, many times i read about hiv and ec are related in different posts in this group, and i heard many times that in hiv case the white blood cells are decreased and because of that the immune system gets weak and as the result (probably i am not so sure) the body responds by revealing ec on the lips, having said that, i dont know why but my white blood cells are low ever since i know, it is 3.1, where as the normal count is above 4 and i am curious if my ec is related for low wbc count. Did any of you have low wbc count? i guess my low count is has to do with too much stress but i am free of hiv.
