Re: Is there a forum for restless leg syndrome?

Absorbable calcium is calcium carbonate. I believe another form is calcium citrate. The carbonate form is more alkaline so it is supposed to be taken with meals, but it is made up of 40% elemental calcium. The citrate can be taken on an empty stomach because it is acidic, but it only has 20% elemental calcium. You can google it for more info.

I use calcium carbonate from Puritan Pride because it is inexpensive, and the products seem good from them so far. I live in Canada and order it from the states, but search around for the product that you think will be best. Since I posted this message I have been able to decrease my calcium intake significantly. I was prescribed by my doctor, magnesium chloride,(as in the above messages), for my aches and pains, and it has also been wonderful for restless leg. He has also told me to take Colloidal Silver and since adding that I have had no problems with restless leg.

Restless leg is just nasty, so I hope my history with it can be of help.

All my best.
