Dear Trysten, After being away from Curezone for over a month I am very much out of the loop. Of course, I never really felt "in the loop" even though I have moderator privledges on several forums.
I have followed your story through grief and frustration to wonderful victory with your chronic skin problem(is this the story you were referring to?) I never found anything wrong or offensive about you. Even though we differ in age and circumstances I always felt a kinship with you because you are honest and very human. We all have our ups and downs, but chronic problems can really alter our thought patterns. We get discouraged, depressed, sometimes angry. Whether it is your skin problems (much better now I hope), Sara's MS or my spinal and nerve injury we, and many others, do experience emotional swings. I am thankful for the kind and compassionate people on Curezone who really care. To those perfect people who just say cheer up or shut up, well, they need to stick to their own pet forums. Pride and self-righteousness are two dis-eases that are almost impossible to cure because those with the prolem can't see how out of sorts they really are.
