I know how you feel. I didn't buy that sleep tracker as I realized that even though I could successfully wake up, I can easily get sleepy again later on. I eat well and am in good shape. But I just don't feel the vibrant energy the healthy living gives me.
One of my friend was diagnosed anemia from a blood test after she mentioned to her doctor that she often felt tired. Maybe we should talk to our doctors and ask for a blood test (and pay attention to the iron value in blood) as well as a thyroid test. We will pray and we will actively seek solutions. You shouldn't worry too much. In my personal opinion, we are luckier than those sufferring from insomnia.
